Stop the stream just above the "Stop" button!

- Cleaned up menus
- Streams: move, copy from your favorites
- Favorites: Create new backup, restore
- View title list stored
- Cover view saved (if PivturePlayer is installed)
- Set the initial volume per stream
- Various changes to the skins
