    Can anyone help please

    Hi there

Looking for some help if poss
I have vu duo (clone) running BH 1.7 and the PSU has been on the blink so changed over today and re-flashed image (Have image and cccam 2.2 backup etc on usb from when I got the box) and cant seem to get the line running again. I ftp the box post re-flash and pasted my line details into ccam.cfg as the back up had old line details but to no avail. Also tried another line I have from my other F5 and that didnt work either. Checked network connection and all ok (green). When I start the box it hangs on starting gui although I can get into menu and EPG no probs and FTA channels work ok. Tried Restarted CCCam using blue button etc too.
I've reflashed the box a few times over the last couple of years using the same usb and used FTP to paste in new lines etc and its always worked no probs. Also changed ethernet cable and router ports/reset etc as well with no luck.

Does anyone have any idea how to get line running.

Have you tried connecting by telnet and running CCcam from the command line? That way you'll get to see if there are any error messages.

Download putty and connect to the box using telnet.

Not sure about BH, but in vix the executable can be found in /usr/softcams

          Hi Craig25

Yes, you can use telnet from VUCC control panel.

It's the only way to find what is really going on.

          Give some commands.
If you get error, then maybe the psu of the clone has damaged the tuner.

Here are a few commands that will help you:

-d run in foreground (implies -v and -q)
          -v be verbose
          -q don't use syslog
          -C <configfile> use <configfile> instead of default (/var/etc/CCcam.cfg)
          -k <keyfile> use <keyfile> instead of default (/var/keys/SoftCam.Key)
-f filter on specific demux data (saves some CPU)
          -n show network packets
          -s disable server
          -t show timing
