    I re ad of dreambox causing problem (overheathing) to s*y card....vu+ Like duo2 does the same problem? I would like to buy the duo2

    I very much doubt it mate. Duo2 is a high end receiver and original.
    I know of several people with cards in their solo2 and duo that have no such problems.

      hi guys

      just something I've read: isn't s*y changing their encryption so that each original card has to be paired with it's (official) box? have a google, sure you 'll find something. Or am I wrong here ??

        I think that the present situation is if you have a new card you have to pair and if it's paired with the box you can't use it for cs and the rumour is that next year there will be a new issue of cards to address the cs problem.

        However I am sure that given time the developers will find a way round it on Linux boxes.
