Is the Hard drive connected to stb or streaming from another source?

its connected to the STB, when it restarts gui it doesn't produce a green screen so Im assuming there will be no error log. btw it doesn't happen all the time only about 50% of the time. I have media center and media player both have the problem.

I had similar problems with one B/Hole image it could have been 1.75. Try 1.79 or one of the Black pole images I haven't had this problem for quite a while. Are you talking about the media centre and player connected to the Duo via usb?
