Yes that is missing, but fortunately that's not an issue for me. If I buy a solo2 I'll use my clone vu+ duo in the other room fixed on sly uk.

Duo2 has pluggable tuners, solo2 has fixed tuners. Also Duo2 has the large vfd as well.

There will not be a problem with support on these new machines at all i am quite sure that Blackhole will have an image ready for release date, No other image can match BH on the VU range so personally 1 image will suffice for me.

BH will for 99% be the first as you mention next to original image, but other teams will follow very fast, certainly vti, vix and open pli.
Won't be much difference compared to how everything evoluated very fast for vu+ duo 1 (and still is evoluating)
