    Set up cline

This is my first linux receiver have inslaiied CCcam 2.2.1 and set it up so I can use my sly card in it. I would now like to try one of the free servers, but do not know how to set up cline so I can connect to it. I beleave you have to have to edit the cccam config file but not shaw what I have to put in it. Could someone please tell me how to do this, or paste a copy of a config file with settings in . I am using the lastest blackhole image

    With thanks

    Re: Set up cline

You can either delete everything else out of Cccam.config and just put your cline in, making sure you save and exit.
Or you can make sure everything except the cline has a # in front of it.
If you have more than 1 cline you can also use the hash to ignore the lines you don't want to use.

        Re: Set up cline

Go to the free clines and copy and paste an entire line as it is, leaving all spaces, etc as they are.
Sorry, i can't copy and paste an exampe for you as i'm on my phone,

Ok have installed add on CCcam config switcher and made a couple of config files using a couple of different free clienes . Have installed in box and activated the new cfg files . Window comes up saying config activated. I then opened show clients but the box is blank. What am I doing wrong.Do you have to put a user name or password in the config file

                Re: Set up cline

You need the whole line including the C: as it is on the free server page.

The clients will be blank as you don't have any...... you are the client.

Look under servers and you will see the connection to satlovers server.

the line your trying might not be active, have you tried a few different lines .one at a time if using satlover lines or you will be blocked .there are other free lines in free cccam lines from other sites ,maybe try a recent line from there
