New Al Jazeera cards? (Replacing Via 3 with 4)

I've read in a few other places Al Jazeera are switching off the Via 3 encyption and you need to get a new via 4 card? Is this true?

I've heard all Via 3 cards will be useless from 31/4/10?

i think aljazeera use vaccess 2.6 on hotbird
4 months ago this system totally hacked (bis- sct-jsc-art)
after that jsc keys down and then sct and bis all change system i think
now with cccam only sct channel is open for me and other s channels seems to be out of hands
