Starsat SR-2000HD Ace password reset/ total reset

    Hi guys,
I've set the password for this reciever model RS-2000HD ACE about 8 month ago, & i forgot the password. now i have to change some settings and i have to sit and try from 0000 to 9999.
do you know a way to reset the receivers password or the whole sysem?
in other words do you know an easier way than trying all the possible passwords?

    THanks.

    Hi sasan89,

I think that one solution is to reflash your box. That will make the password go to default setting. But if you do that, you will lose your current settings, too.
