    help please

    2 months ago i had a new abonnement on my receiver so i can watch chanals on astra 23.5 and hotbird 13e that are scrambled.
    The power switched off and when i started my receiver again he blocked so i put it back on fabricfactory and it worked again, but the i can't watch the payed channels anymore, how can get those setting back from the abonemment?

    Also my daughter pressed on the remote control and hotbird didn't receive any signal anymore but astra did, i removed hotbird and tried to installate it again and after a lot it worked, i got signal but it doesn't find any chanals.

    Please help me...

      Sorry, I don't know the starsat receivers, only can give you some tips: did you enter the line you got (cline, nline)? Is the internet connection ok? Does your current firm/software supports cccam/newcamd? And if so: is it active/on? Do you find all fta channels? .... So, please a bit more info to help (type of receiver, soft/image, ...)/

          Hi thanks for reacting,

          i really am a big leek in this.

          The internetconnexion is good, i think it does support ccam, line? were can i find that and what is it????
          Everything worked oke, until it just vanished, and i just can't get it back(hotbird) if i put in any frequency like now 11623 v 7500 2/3 it gives signal but if i scan it i get 4 chanals, and not what i used to had, the arabic chanals and more.

              a line looks like one of them here: http://www.sl-forums.com/forum/free-...art-again.html (see also above on your screen) - to check the sats/transponders/channels: check eg king of sats or lyngsat - also check if the transponders are still ok (after reset, could be lots are gone and/or have changed).

                  Do you mean you have a paid subscription like kanaal digitaal (do not use the word abonnement in an english forum) and cannot view those channels anymore or are you referring to the use of cardsharing channels that do not work anymore now ?

                  If you have the normal paid subscription it might be wise to just call them.
