Starsat 10000 HD sometimes scrambled Channels

Hello i am new here and i need your help.

I have the Starsat 10000 HD and want only watch Astra and Hotbird Channels.

Sometimes the Channels working Perfect and sometimes it stopps the Scrambled Channel and starts from alone.

And a second Problem is when i start the Receiver new i must wait some time before its work normal.

I have at Home a VDSL Bandwich 50.000 Kbit/s and i use LAN Cable.

So why it stopps sometimes?
I have buy it in tunisia and i have the Service until Summer 2014.

Does i search better Servers?
I have flash the newest Firmware and no changes.

after flashing with newest firmware, are you make it in factory setting?

I think this is problem with the server that you have got when you bought the receiver. How is it stopping. Is it like freezing for 5 seconds and then work again, or dos it stops and you have to reboot your receiver? When it stop and you get scramble channels, can you go in to server settings and see if the server is disconnected or still connected. Also good advice from laaziri, as it is important to do a factory setting after firmware update, to reload new card sharing settings.
