New software for Vantage HD series

Improvements:
- Bugfix Unicable
o Following up the software deletes the current Unicable settings. In the menu, there are now only the option Unicable "Off" or "on" by pressing the OK button. In the new window now, the IF frequency eingegben and the corresponding number from 0-7. Should the number be correct no reception is possible. After entering the frequency and the number, the signal is examined, the signal is on the cable to the setting will be saved.
