sh4 recivers

sh4 recivers are new recivers with linux os. the most known brands are octagon, atevio, icecrypt and xcriuiser.
I had the xcruiser 400hd page but it dissapeared in last changes of this site.
I have very usefull information about them.
I will tell more later.

All brands can change to each other and use other brand's firmware.
They supported all crypt systems: cccam, newcamd, etc.

I have xcruiser 400hd and I changed it to atevio, so I use atevio's firmware.
The last firmware is 1.08.31

I can help any body have these brands in changing to other brands or other problems.
I will tell the other brands later.

You can use enigma2 and neutrino firmwares on sh4 recivers.

Inroducing sh4:

It is a linux base resiver and supports cccam and newcamd etc...
The factory firmware does not support any emmulation, so you have change it.
The factory firmwares should change with firmwares with IRD extention.
The menu and other graphics are same only in utillity will appeare plugin.

How patch sh4:

After changing the firmware with new IRD file it is ready for getting plugins.
If you put the plugin in root of usb and connet it to resiver, it will recognize it.
So with pushing the green botton it will format the previous informations.
with red botton the new plugin will download on it.

How activate the plugin in sh4:

you have to connect it to routher and then go to menu.
Then go to menu and utill and plugin then OK.
The plugin will be run and the menu of it will appeare.
You can use the green botton and OK to start the sharing.

How update the plugin?

The plugin can be edit by any text editors like Notepad.
When you open the plugin directory, there are two subdirectories: bin and etc
you enter in etc and open cardclient.conf file.
now you can put the sharing informations in it.

How can change the information of cccam?

The last line in plugin\etc\cardclient.conf is:
"cccam2:hostnameort:emm/caid/mask:usernameass"
So you can put the informations and save it and then download in resiver.
and enjoy!

How can edit the newcamd?

In the line of file: plugin\etc\cardclient.conf, you can edit like cccam line and save it.
After downloading and activate the plugin it works very well.

Editing C line:

For changing the port of satlover cccam acount daily you don't need chang the plugin.
It is enough you go to menu-plugin and edit the port by loading the conf file.
Enjoy it firends.

Setting network in sh4:

Menu-network setting-ok-off-on
It will set automatically.

How Update sh4 software?:

Put last firmware in root of USB, then connect it, it will popup, download it, set factory setting, rest and it is ready.

Biss cods in sh4:

GO to menu, then input the code:8282
It is ready to input the new biss keys.

Enter or editing keys in xcruiser400hd:

Go to menu, then plugin, go in Keditor, push green botton, and OK,
It is ready for edit.

Dongle for sh4:

Upgrade with new firmware, then download new plugin.
In menu-plugin go on exsim and OK.
Now connect dongle, It will recognize it automatically.
*for y4 you can use exsim_y4
It works!

Differnces bitween cccam and newcamd in sh4:

You should inter the caid number in newcamd line (0/0000/0000) but it does not need in cccam.
So you can put the 0/0/0 in caid fields.

Problem after upgrading sh4:

Usually many problems appears after upgrading the main program.
To prevent problems after upgrade reset to factory setting and the countinue.

The best of them is "octagon 1008 inteligence". I changed my xcruiser to oct 1008, it gives the first firmware and it's support is very strong.
