ASH on display solution

If you've ASH on display you must send a FW thought serial port you need the enclosed tool:

Upgrade Tool v2.0.0c

While downloaded and unzipped the file into your pc, switch off your received from switch on back panel. Connect a nullmodem cable between your PC and your BOX.
Start the tool and press on connect
Switch on your BOX and wait until it will sincronize with PC (few seconds)
A new window will appare, click twice on ALLCHUNK+BootLoader and choose the firmware you wish to load.
Press NEXT into program window and wait until it will load the FW.
Your BOX is now back alive!

Se appare sul display ASH devi inviare un FW per via seriale

caricare un firmware per via seriale con questo tool:

Upgrade Tool v2.0.0c


Una volta scaricato scompattarlo in una cartella

Spegnere il decoder dall'interuttore posteriore, collegare il cavetto seriale (nullmodem) tra il PC e il dec.

Lanciare il tool Upgrade Tool v2.0.0c e premere CONNECT,

accendere il dec e attendere finchè avviene la sincronizzazione tra Dec e PC.

Nella nuova schermata cliccare due volte sulla prima voce: ALLCHUNK+BootLoader e scegliere il FW da caricare.
Premi NEXT e il FW viene caricato in memoria ( ci metterà un po...), poi automaticamente verrà caricato nel dec.

Alla fine il dec si riavvierà rinato...

New patch.bin for Edision Argus Mini 06-11-10

To be sent only and exclusively via serial with the tool v2.0.0b or v2.0.0c and option Patch.

-Turn off the receiver from behind
-Run the tool, set the COM port to which you connected the receiver using the supplied cable,
in Operate Mode click Upgrade, and the end clik Connect ... Now switch on the decoder.
-The decoder and the tools are now connected ... Double click on Patch,choose the patch.bin you just downloaded, and finally click Next, wait for the dump is completed ... at the end of the decoder reboots itself.

To be sent only and exclusively via serial with the tool "Keyloader Edision Argus Mini eam "

-Turn off the receiver from behind
-Run the tool, in the first window at the top where there is "File" load the attachment BoxKey ... set the COM port to which you connected the receiver using the supplied cable ... In Upgrade Tipe choose "KEY". .. in Setting Mode select "Upgrade" and then press Next ... now start the receiver from behind.
-The decoder and the tools are now connected ... wait for the dump is completed
... finally click on "Finished ".... the dec reboots itself.

There is program to update keys named keyloader.

I now that can man upload keys via port RS 323 but how can with usb port. i have no serial port 323 on my pc
