Hi, i was wondering can i put cccam in this tv and how?
I have sat tuner and i can watch free sat programs.

Doubt it M8, to the best of my knowledge there is no facility in any Smart Tv
to enable installation of any Cam system.

Thanks for the reply, i have talked to a guy who works with dreamboxes and he said something about connecting the tv with pc, but he also didn't know exactly.

I think it was done for samsung smart tv's at sammygo but not sure if there is a
similar modding forum for the sony tv's.

There is some sort of a hardware that can be connected via CI slot that can work like a CCCAM but i don't know how to do that.

well if you have to connect it to a pc then it doesnt worth it. the deal will have to be a tv to have the power to use linux as a program.

just my own personal experience: some tv's I tested with build-in dvb-S(2) tuners didn't please me at all - very limited options about searching, sorting, favourites, didn't find any cs options - so best to buy a satellite receiver (as said: my opinion).

yes same here, im glad i didnt paid the extra cost for those tv.
