Timeshift on ariva102 during normal recording possible?

    Hello,

    a simple and short question:
Is timeshifted watching on an ariva102 during normal recording possible?

Perhaps I'm too stupid but when I start watching during a normal recorded film, the recording stops during the watching. When I stop watching the recorded film the recording continues. This means recording loss while timeshifted watching!

I'm using the patched firmware 1.22b5 and an external usb-hdd

    hi Satphoenix

I don'' have an ariva, but this problem seems very familiar to me (same on my protek and mvision) - I doesn't stop recording, but much freezes in image and sound, and so unwatchable. Heard it could be a usb/hdd problem, but didn't find a solution yet.
So what I do: or I use timeshift (without recording) or I record the program and only watch it after the recording has ended - ok, isn't the best solution (not being able to use timeshift while recording), but it works for me.

OK, that's also the only solution for me.
But that can't be the final solution for a modern receiver!

And it's defenitly not the hdd, I've checked this.
