Hi have you tried a different cable first, also see if the cable is directional plug it in the other way round.

In my opinion, also your tv can cause this problem. On your tv, try to set the source to hdmi. In my case, I always have to set the source to hdmi on my tv when i switch it on because it does not switch to hdmi automatically and it shows black picture.

yes I ve tried different hdmi cables but not working now I m using avi cables which is working well

check the settings of the receiver and make sure the output is hdmi and change resolution that might help good luck

I ve put my tv system on autoand hdmi mode on 1080p 50 but still the same problem
