Re: icecrypt boxes
Icecrypt boxes range from £35 onwards. The company you are talking about need to be providing the hig quality boxes if its 25 Euros per month. You need to find out what model box they are offering and then compare the prices of the box on its own and the prices of a server.
I would suggest to buy box and server seperately otherwise you will be stuck with them for at least 12 months. If you like my post, please don't hesitate to click on "Thanks"button. Thank you -
Re: icecrypt boxes
If you do a little research and i mean search around the net a bit there is a patch for the 3000/3500 which is a gift style patch similar to spiderbox and gets ceratin cahnnels on certain sats for free with no payment.
Like i said dont ask me do some searching for it.Comment

Re: icecrypt boxes
If you can't find a free patch, there are some good cheap servers available which work well. We have heard from the premium members that Satlover's premium server is not expensive. When you arrange a box then just ask for a test line and if you like it then you can become a premium member otherwise wait until 100 good posts. If you like my post, please don't hesitate to click on "Thanks"button. Re: icecrypt boxes
but.
if to put clines in this certain box, is the software available for it or,
remember, the spiderbox had its own system > ethernet.
perhaps box only able to load patches, like old trusty teccky boxes.
???, i might be wrong, but best to be cautious and do homework before purchase of this icecrypt box.Do not send me iptv/cline requests,
technical or iptv/cline server questions in PM!

Re: icecrypt boxes
hi
Me too, I'm very critical when it concerns buying (or renting) the combination of box + subscription - please do a bit of reading before you decide, think also better to try with another/external server (free or premium - an indeed: why not try the ones here at satlover?) and buy the box you want (or for which there's a patch).
I still remember (friend of mine - didn't listen ) who rents the box with subscription ; the box is really protected (not allowed to put other soft on, and I couldn't find it either), so even fta channels can't be found ...Comment

Re: icecrypt boxes
No most of the Icecrypt receivers especially from model 3000 and upwards all have ethernet otherwise the 'Gift' would not work, Most can also run CCcam and Newcamd like closed source receivers
Ok here is the Patch for the Icecrypt S3500 if anyone has one and will open certain packages on 19 and 13 east, had a problem uploading to site so its on a file share.

Re: icecrypt boxes
i would not bother with icecrypt box, your spider will provide you with many, many channels, no doubt for some time to come, till protacols/scrambling systems change again, but if you feel the need for another box, dont go backwards buying non discript box like icecrypt, (sorry any icecrypt box owners) move forward in this hobby for a well known box, like dreams/vu,s.Do not send me iptv/cline requests,

Sorry toby i cant quite agree with that statement, an Icecrypt S3500 is around £79 if you look around runs CCcam/Newcamd the same as a spiderbox but with the link to the patch i posted gets you some very good packages from 13 and 19 east, without having to pay 50 euros for an iks patch just more money grabbing from the spiderbox clan.
The spiderbox since losing its so called 'Gift' is now the same as every other Closed source receiver where some are far cheaper almost half the price or even a 3rd of the price.
I do agree on your statement that if your moving up then a Linux receiver is the way to go.Comment

Re: icecrypt boxes
Wouldn´t rule an icecrypt box out then, sounds great value for money, but I am happy with spiderbox with my low level of knowledge. I have looked in past at other end, like dreamboxes, but I´ve tried to look for simple explanation of how you use them, and the more I look the more mind boggling it gets, thanks for all your input.Comment
