Guys something is going on since they dropped the free gift ,seems some of the old team have got together to provide a service for spiderbox owners.
Anyone know whats going on ?
Seems a lot of folk are excited about some new service.

Send a PM to admin to get a test line so you can check the quality of the server. The reports about the premium server are good and you will have much more support. You can ask questions in the forum or send PMs.

Surely without the gift, spiderbox prices should tumble.
They were always a good choice for newbies as it gave them time to get their head around cs.
But without the gift, they are now terribly overpriced.

I think just shortly these boxes will be obsolete with no support as these people move onto another money spinning box just my opinion.

Revolving doors bro, i really feel for those who just bought a spiderbox, its really not fair the way they have done things, think soon spiderbox prices will crash ,there is also the so called faulty batch of 9900's .how many faulty!!! best to keep to 9000HD's of ebay when folks try to sell them.

The main retailer has been out of stock of Spiderboxes for a couple of week now.

You can get a box for 50 nicker so 9000 would have to be less than that before I would buy one for the bedroom.

There is not much support available for these boxes. They release a couple of firmwares in the beginning and then they stop supporting it and bring out another version of the box. But who cares about the firmwares as long as they work and gives good picture quality.

There are other boxes available, probably cheaper and better and very easy to use too. You just need to enter a c line by remote or via USB and you are good to go. You even don't need to change the firmware.
@thecrazybandit: Server 2 is far better than the free server. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Just need some patience.

spiderbox will never be dead till en-cryption systems change, like many other non-linux boxes.
                              long-live the spider,
