i have a vu solo clone (V1)running in my bosses house on a fixed dish@28.2e with vix 2.3,coolmans,picons ect and its absolutley flawless.. can be got for about £110 now from usual HK/PRC suppliers,regards mdt

hi guys im new to this so bare with us,

i have a friend whos interested in buying his first box, hes looking to solely use this to watch sly uk channels, hes looking for hd channels also and compatibility for recording....i myself have a blade bm7000s, which hasn't giving me problems but he is looking for opinions on the best out there for him? any advice guys?

Hi shinoxl, Please tell your friend that he has got a lot of options to choose from but dont forget to mention to him that always go for the receiver with good online support. There are some boxes mentioned by other senior members are great and they have got good support too. So whenever he needs help he can just login to satlover's forum and go to the appropriate section to find answers to his questions.
