    Spiderbox 5000SD

    I am new to the Spiderbox 5000SD and find that it sometimes just shuts down (when I am using a Cline, and mostly on Astra 19e). Does anyone know if this is down to the Cline or do I need to update my box? Thanks...

      what cline, free/server cline?

          What date is your software go to "system information" and read the date.

              hi

              I'm also new on the mvision boxes (as I've read these are the same as the spiderboxes) and I've also noted that my mvision shuts down and restarted (on all channels and sats) when using the remote control. Last week this happened again, but the box didn't restart ... Will have to send it back for repair.
              I can only advise you to check regularly (sure when you're still in your warranty period).
