XCRUISER 400 HD PLUS ENIGMA2 in cccam how to install

I try 2 file xcruiser 400plus hd
enigma2-plugin-cams-cccam.2.2.1_1.0-r0_mipsel

enigma2-plugin-cams-cccam.2.2.1_1.0-r0_mipsel.ipk

I send file tem folder
i check ipk list show file but i install ipkg this error show

/user/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions/pkt/install.sh:line 56:ipkg: not found

what wrong ???????????????????

Any person use enigma2 in cccam this box XCRUISER 400 HD PLUS ?????????
