    Sky Premier

    Hi guys
I have had my sat system for about 2 months now spiderbox 7000hd by the way. I do not have the movie channel Sky Premier I have every other channel on 28.2e I have scanned the transponder its on and have found the other channels that are on there no problem. My question is my signal is sitting at 71% and q at 76% do I need more to receive Premier?

Have you tried loading someone else's channel list to see if it works?

I have attached Billy Bits list for you to try - Remember to save your own first before loading this one.

Have done that also and believe it or not with the exact same list. It knocked the satelite positions of so I retuned still no premier. As it is I am going to the dish today sometime the severe winds a couple of days ago have moved it. At present I dont have nothing I will have to reconfigure the lot.

OK good luck. Let us know how you get on. Can see no reason why you should not get them. Also can you try the box on friend's dish to see if you get a different result?

                    Re: Sky Premier

After much tweaking I am back up and running. The wind actually warped the housing the motor sits in plus sheared the threads of one of the u bolt. Renewed the u bolt rigged it back up for now till I purchase another housing. As it is I have more s & q and I now have sky premier so it seem you do need more s&q guys thats one to remember for the future.

That is very interesting. I thought you would either receive all the channels on the frequency or none.

Seems like the bad weather may have done you a bit of a favour!

What are your s and q figures now?

S was 86% q was 98% at the moment not much good in this howling wind my pole is like a giutar string. Seem it is not just a housing that I required, some way of stopping my pole quivering and puting my s&q down to zero.
