hm i found a forum sharing firmware for the m 8000hd. if i receive the receiver i try it out. if its possible i think i`m trying to start a m 800hd community here. heyaa

megasat 8000 hd was 100pounds. ****** says its about 116,214834 Euro.

Hmmm, is very cheap, keep us uptodate with the firmware update.

yeah the price is verrrrry cheap. either they have false calculated the price or something is missing within this box. maybe the tuner/picture isnt as good as one would mean with dvb-s2.

uttnls i will do this for shure and keep you up 2 date
one last thing: i found another firmware which acts as a newcamd client and server whoohoo. another one is that ist not possible to ftp to the box, so you have to put in your config with the remote. *thumbs down*

if everything is working like its meant to be this one beats the pants off (the price) of a dream clone.

Yes and more then that it will not be a clone, and you don't have to worry about timebombs or such a thing, you made me courious about this, i also made a check to see if this model is available in our area, unfortunately
it isn't.
