patched version based on:

HD3100 ver. 1.15 15-10-2011

- signal level in motor settings fixed
- added in AV settings Dutch subtitles
- some fixes in timer recording
- last used EPG mode stored
- "Das Erste HD" subtitle fixed
- added to choose Channel in Channel list in Group and the SAT/Favorite selection

In this version minor fixes in Hardstations and fixed cccam out standby !
