Nice piece of hardware, no discussion, but the limitation is here: ARM CPU and embedded software/firmware.

CCcam AFAIK is available for Linux and Linux based Set Top Boxes...
Oscam is available for Linux, MacOSX and Linux based Set Top Boxes

Unless you are able to compile the source code for your hardware, you can't use it as a CCCam server.
