    LNB Flanges

How the flanges or circular rings in a KU-Band LNB involve in its signal reception ? what will be the affect if these are removed or blocked

We here in Pakistan, mostly use other type of as say wave guides over LNB, which just block these circular rings inside LNB

You need it to optimize (better focus) the signal.
Another reason is to avoid leakage signal which will affect your signal with white-noise. This would reduce your snr.

You are simply replacing the factory waveguide with another one (which probably have a better efficiency)

The Russian NTV+ lead his broadcasts with the same satellite and uses a method of transmitting signals with circular polarization. Therefore, to receive the required LNB with circular polarization and there inside the ring

You may be right on some points, but in my case, the replacement just increase in signal strength and not sure about quality
