Do you have a motor with USALS support?
Did you set the proper GPS coordinates for your position?

      Bye

        Re: Dreambox with rotor

Check the setting if its set us as USALS or DISeqC.
If Its USALS then you need to put the exact location of the satellite.
If Its Diseqc 1.2 then you need to repositions the satellite sequence. Like Position 1, Position 2...... and so on
Another tip id to recalculate the distance ( Option on the box).

You can also try a non linux receiver with internal power supply to see if the motor works .

Your motor needs resetting manually. Press East and West keys both together and hold them for about 15 seconds you will seee a green light on the motor. The motor will go to its facotry defaults. We need feedback from you.

Try the connections, use some contact spray to clean them, especially this time of year moisture is a problem

                    Re: Dreambox with rotor

Try to move the motor manually first with the east or west button. You can also move motor with the nudge system within your receiver's settings. If nothing works then its time to reset it manually.

also the obstacoles should be taken into consideration. some satellites can be covered in the dish rotation
