Alex2 / Card Link on Sky+ Box

Has anyone used Alex2 or Cardlink or similar item,
It allows you use use cccam card servers on any box, even official boxes.
Im tempted to buy one for my Sky+ box but Im not sure if it will enable the Sky+ Box recording feature, Sky+ Recording feature is enabled by the sky viewing card.

First time ive seen this, looks good. I think u might be right about the sky+ tho. How muxh is this just outa interest? also where can u get 1 from?

about £130 on a Swedish website, If I can get confirmation that it works on a sky box with sky+ feature then I would buy it.

On that site for the cardlink kit it says

"After configuration of the Cardlink, it's functionality will be exactly the same as the original smartcard. "........


So could we assume this means that sky+ will work?

If it does work and with sky+ features then I will sell my dreamboxes and use these insted, I prefer sky box user interface. if the price was something like £50 then I would take the risk and buy it.

Have u tried contacting a supplier for info, worth a shot. I subscribe so I still have my official + box , cause I also prefer the official layout.
