250$ are around 200€, double price then Freguson Arviva 100E !
Anyway DM800 and Arviva 100E are two different box class. Arviva 100E has no linux, just his firmware, but if you consider it can handle cccam, gbox, newcamd, also read HD files (mkv) work like PVR too it is really good for less then 100€ shipped.

Good value for anyone who just wants card charing !. The only issue is support ... It's alway a risk with new boxes.

the cost is good, but not having linux i can say that' a closed box, and if in future you can't change something, you can't change nothing.

if you want a receiver to receive channels through CS, wireless and HD the best would be a dreambox 800hd.

The web tells me that dreambox 800 hd has no intergrated wifi. Can connect to wifi through a usb wifi adaptor.

You can buy a wireless bridge quite cheap these days, I got mine for less than 20Euros (powered by USB socket on my Spiderbox) and it works great :-)
