    I have had the same problem with my box FAT32 format is able to easily format hard disk... Limitations of the FAT32/32GB
    helped use "Thanks"

        Maybe "Iomega FAT32 Formatter.exe" will help - specially designed to format USB drives - both ATA/S-ATA disks. Search in ******... and you'll find it..
