This dish is for area where is much wind, there is no point of buying this kind of dish where is litle wind.

I think you're confused by pics, this dish is not mesh dish (with small holes). It is policarbonate dish, it is used into cities where laws don't allows dishes on roof for aesthetic reasones, in Italy for example you can't mount dishes if you live into Florence center, this because it can disturb the old build panorama. This is the only purpose of this kind of dish, it hasn't a better reception or special features for windy zones. At last, compared to a normal dish of same size, transparent dishes are really expansives!

Yes, now when you are say I see, interesting, but this is maybe litle transparent but I think everybody would see it anyway.

Idea: could someone if he need dish size 60cm to get Hotbird use dish size 1m but in room trought wall and still get hotbird?

This is impossible, to receive a satellite signal you must have no obstacles between the dish and sat.
