It is turkish product, used just by turkish users, this LNB has no standard LOF, you can read a table on this turkish page: _http://bloguydu.com/dreambox-500s-icin-mdu-4-lnb-ayarlari/

Yes I know it was for Turkish users. With a modified LOF setting, I could scan some of the channels. You either have to change the LOF, or shift the transponders by some amount to scan all channels properly.

By the way as I guess, this LNB is only for horizontal broadcasts

For what I've know translating from turkish to english, I think you're right, it has just horizontal antenna inside, so you can't receive all vertical channels, if you've this LNB on your dish, I suggest to replace it with an universal LNB so to receive all channels.

In fact we dont need to do that.the reason is, it is used in a sat switch environment and all 7E packages are on Horizontal transponders.By this way, they distribute the lnb to many users without the need for twin or quad or more lnbs. There are only few data frequencies on Vertical for offline download but this sat is mostly for digiturk package of Turkey.

Yes you are right. But I have seen the sat switch myself and asked to the technical staff who mounted it.They told me it is a special lnb with only one cable from the dish for all the users in the building. While universal lnbs need at least 2 inputs, 1 for V and 1 for H, that needs only one input which is H I suppose. Also when I check the frequency list for this lnb, there are only Horizontal frequencies.Check here, it is really confusing.

This LNB has 3 LOF, if you watch the table at link you've posted, but it recives just horizontal tp. I think those LNB uses voltage changements 13/18 V and 22 Khz to switch their various LOF.
