Actually the most important point is to choose this depending on your location: maybe this is correct to you, but not in Italy, where usually it's better to focus to Astra
Of course you have to consider also what LNB you have.

then lets say it like that

- first you have to clarify which satellite signal is higher and which is lower
- then you focus the lower one in the middle
- by side you focus the higher one
