If you paint a dish or have a painted dish then you might actually be putting
on iron oxide (it is widely used in the paint industry for pigmentation) more likely
for loss of signal is the connection either water getting in or rusting or badly
    fitted.

A new 80 cm dish in internet cost 15-20 euro so, if yours is rusty, is less expensive change it.

As long as you use a no metallic paint painting a dish will have no effect on signal

The reason for not using a metallic is not loss of signal but that in sunnier
countries it would fry the lnb, same reason for not painting in highly reflective
paints of course if you are changing satellite dish then you can turn the old dish
          into a solar cooker.

And whether at the level of the signal influence flying dirt and dust on the LNB. May be occasionally clean the work surface LNB special liquid?

Usually dishes are on the roof, and I've never seen anyone on the roof cleaning lnb. Rain cleans lnb.

This will have defenitly no influence. Normal dust will be cleaned by weather automaticly.

I suggest the chimney sweep. Give him 5 Euros and he will solve the problem.

Either that or tweak your dish. If your dish is even slightly out it could mean the difference of receiving or not receiving the weaker signals.
If you have a dodgy old lnb you could change that as well.
Do you have a motorised dish or static?
more information would be really helpful.
the motor reduce also the quality of sat signal?

Diseqc motors have a typical insertion loss of around 2-3dB.
There'll be a small insertion loss with a Diseqc switch also.

                        Re: Increase signal

The last satellite troubleshoot I saw involved nearly 30% signal lost on strong transponders simply because of an old and worn connection from the cable to the lnb. The metal connector is therefore important also in signal quality.

yes old wire and connectors cause a lot of signal degradation
                          change them first

It is recommended to use direct connection from LNB to BOX for any weaker sat without Disec

You will have some signal loss with a Diseqc switch no matter how good the quality of it is, normally it is not a problem on most installations but from reading your other posts it would seem like a good idea in order to get every last bit of signal available also you should use the very best low loss cable available to you. Also do not forget to turn off STB before making any disconnections or re-connections.
