    multifeed: 13E+19.2E+28.2E+33E?

I've currently got a multifeed setup with 13E 19.2E and 28.2E, which is working great, with no problems at all and very good signal strength/quality, especially 28.2 and 19.2 very close to 100%. Would it be possible to add 33E to this setup? I would really like to receive the Digea transponders(11161H and 11181H) on the spot D beam.
I would also rather keep HotBird in my setup, because of ERT World and RIK Sat.
I'm based in the centre of the Netherlands.

    Hello dear

I think that you can't do this.

You dont say what dish you have (is 1.20m ?)
but the distance is very long from 19E to 33E.

There is only one way to find it ....

    try it

im here in the uk, a few years back i managed (fixed system)13e, 19e, 28e, and 39e, on a 120cm dish, needs a lotta patience, and big factor depends on your location and beams.

Just stick a motor on it! You'll get all the satellites you want and a whole lot more.
Either that, or get a wave frontier t90. I think you can get satellites up to 40° apart.
Read about someone with a t90 and 16 lnb's on it!

Since you are in Holland, I would suggest either installing a wave frontier t90 as bokkie suggested.
          Or
Installing another dish pointing at 33E. for maximum signal from that satellite.
          Or
A larger dish may let you do what you want.

A motorized dish is a good solution but requires skill and you have to wait between changing channels on different satellites.

last time i checked them greek chns, they were on biss, but not working for me, will recheck, as the 33east spot d beam is right over your area i dont see any problem, fixing a motor can be time consuming if you not experenced but why not have a go plenty more to see, as bm300 said you can always use another dish but beware i also ended up with 3 dishes on multiswitches, i installed motor in the end, and for other peeps as well, much better an less clutter.

I've have given it a go trying to stick an extra LNB I had still lying around next to the Astra 2 LNB, but it didn't work as to be expected.
There's no point now anyway, because the channels have been moved to 3E. I think I'll be getting myself a new 80 cm dish(bigger is impossible, because with moving west, the dish would hit the gutter :P and a motor.
Is there a big difference in quality of those motors?

To prevent the dish hitting the gutter you probably need a bigger L-Arm for mounting the dish on the wall.

true, but as short as possible (without touching the gutter) -> max. stability (eg wind).

coming back to your question, a mod on this site, an experienced dish installer recomends this

                    Alsat Dark Motor

there is a thread about motors in the instalation section

On the error message i.e, when the motor doesnt move and shows an orange flashing light, does this motor gets reset from the East-West buttons or can you simply reset it from the receiver with Go to 0 function? Thanks

depends on which motor you own, mine tech-no-mate 2300super, this has a reset option on the motor itself, a hole where you insert a slim thin nail, will do the trick.

The Dark motor mentioned on the website shows 2 buttons, if it needs a reset then you need to press and hold both the buttons at the same time which resets the motor. I have read on the forum in the installation section that you dont need to do that. a simply go to 0 function on the receiver will do the same trick.
