In the first and second pic you can see a Penta dish. It was (don't know if is still producted) by Fracarro Radioindustrie, an italian factory, they was selling this kind of dish (but with this form you can't call it just a dish!) to avoid crossover polarization. For what they've written into product characteristics, it has had a better isolation between horizontal and vertical signals. But what I can say for my experience, those kind of dish has had a low gain on all channels, I've just installed a couple but I don't suggest it.Just click on thanks button if my post has helped you
