Cyfra testing dvbs2
Polish satellite pay-TV service Cyfra + has changed 17.10.2011 at 10:00 pm trp parameters. 11 on satellite Hot Bird 9 ( 13 ° E ). Multiplex was transferred from the DVB-S to DVB-S2. The new capacity will be used for the planned expansion of programming.
The new multiplex Cyfra + is working on Freq 11.411 GHz. Interesting are the actual parameters of the multiplex - FEC 8 / 9 (!) And 8PSK modulation with a pilot on. This configuration allows for an impressive capacity of 72.7 Mbit / s but with greater demands on the signal.
