The sole provider of satellite and cable television in Turkey, Turksat, announced that it plans to launch new satellites, Turksat 4A and Turksat 4B, in the first quarter of 2013.
The Turksat 5A, the fifth national communications satellite of Turkey, is expected to enter orbit in 2015.
The Turksat currently operates three satellites.
