Mediamétrie’s latest survey on local TV in France reports that 838,400 viewers watched local TV channels for at least 30 minutes a day on average.
Covering the September 2009-June 2010 period, the study measures all French local TV channels, which cover a population density of 22.7 million people aged above 15 and TV-equipped.
More than 8 million viewers are watching local TV, even from time to time.
