Arianespace has announced that Nilesat’s latest satellite has arrived at the launch site in French Guiana.
Nilesat-201 will launch on August 3, enabling the Egyptian satellite operator to deliver digital DTH services and high-speed data transmission services to North Africa and the Middle East. It is equipped with 24 Ku-band and 4 Ka-band transponders and will be positioned at an orbital slot of 7° West.
