Thor 3 goes to a new position 4W

Telenor Satellite Broadcasting (TSBc) intends to expand. Its telecommunications satellite Thor 3 intends to move to the orbital position of 4 degrees west. Thus the same position, working on satellite Amos 2 and Amos 3.
