I think DM 500 HD is very good becouse have quick procesor (400mhz),But new DM 800 SE HD will be the best (New procesor 400 mhz and HDMI output)

I think the price of 800 HD is wrong! 200 Euro is the price of clones! The original DM 800 HD costs more then 400 Euro!!!

I saw Dream Media 800 and i think it is good receiver, but have problems with fan inside...after short time this fan start scratching...

Skystar HD2 is the best.

That reciver can do everything what all of those recivers can do together and more.It is most suported reciver and most cheaper it cost about 100$

I agree not reagrading the quality of image but for the advantages you have on a PC workstation for install almost anything

From my experience of being inexperienced initially, the TM5402HD is the best all rounder since it is very simple to set up and nothing needs to be done apart from a patch to use CCCAM. IT also supports FULL HD 1080p and is one of the rare boxes that do... Has a clean layout and it highly reccomended in the technomate store by the staff as their best value box. It has also recieved highly positive reviews from various forums around the internet. The only limitation I can see at the moment, is that if you are experienced at loading cccams and want to run servers, the dreamboxes and other boxes mentioned in this thread are better off since they give you more flexibility as they allow advanced manipulation. This TM5402HD is limited in that sense as far I as I can see. Good luck in choosing the best box!

does this model have tresteral hd free view or is that the 6902 upwards

Yes, it can show the ITVHD and BBC HD channels free to air on 28 degrees east amd I expect any box that is HD compatible to be able to.
