You can watch Bulsatcom without server using emu, which I think is as good as digi tv.
You will find the softcam file in the forum.

Which you reciver use,dreambox or other,for dreambox you must instal Fausto on your PC for watching Bulsat,for Digi put in cccam cfg satlover line. and watch Digi.
If you want to instal fausto on PC tell me or others members and we will help you.

First you must to download Fausto -
link http://www.megaupload.com/?d=N0BUCK4R
Second download last key from Fausto,you have in satlover,
after instalation change configuration settings in fausto,put your PC ip addres and Dreambox ip.
When is finish start fausto open folder key and put key and go to tab, press server and load and start. That is it.

must first download a program Fausto 1:43 or 1:44,1.45 for windows.
Install a program in C / programfiles /

edit the file FaustoServers.cfg located in the path Fausto 1:44

C: \ Program Files \ Fausto \ EMU \ CardServer

In Fausto 1:43 is on the path

Utility / Emulator / config / Loadfile edit FaustoServers.cfg

when we open the file FaustoServers.cfg(open with notepad),put the following lines on file

at the end of the file save.

Remember that 192.168.x.x is Ip from your PC.
If you dont know which is the IP of your PC, click Start Run, type cmd press ok,and then in cmd type ipconfig and press enter-


Now to edit CCcam.cfg file. Connect with FTP to your dream and go to

Var / etc / CCcam.cfg

also open the file with notepad and add the following lines

save the CCcam.cfg file.

Fausto 1:44 procedures
turn on Fausto.
Click on Tools
Click on emulator
Click on the server
Click on configuration
click open
Than click manager ( in the manager put a checkmark in the ECM and EMM debug )
and then click the load and start
then click on the monitor and on the yellow folder load Key.bin
open the last diablo Key.bin
