Re: Risks of cardsharing
Sure it's able to investigate almost every computer crime. IP address is unique , it's possible to get provider's logs and to trace the user. But it's possible that price of an investigation will be too high to perform such investigation. And for sure nobody will try to catch a man watching TV via sharing. What for? A caught person could say he doesn't know what "sharing-mosharing", he bought this box from gypcies to watch football, and doesn't understand what's his fault? So don't worry. Risks of cardsharing are risks of card sharing providers, not users.Leave a comment:

Re: Risks of cardsharing
In germany they caught a cardsharing-ring half a year ago.
It was a pay server and it was reported that they only caught the server holder, not the users.Leave a comment:

Re: Risks of cardsharing
you mean they trace all the ips that are connected to that server? but dont they need to have an access to the main server to be able to trace you?
and how serious is this problem? do you know anyone being locked for this?Leave a comment:

Re: Risks of cardsharing
They don't trace your tv, they trace your ip address.
Remember you need an active internet connection for cs.Leave a comment:

Re: Risks of cardsharing
Surely they could find people using cardsharing through IP addresses or through payments by using the likes of paypal?Leave a comment:

In UK, I have never heard about it till recently, and I have been asked about it to. Like many people the major concern would be getting caught. So if it is bidirectional it is next to impossible?Leave a comment:

Hello Everybody.
Mainly for UK users.
Is it possible to track down the people who pay for the illegal subscription of card sharing?
Also what would be the best method to pay for it?Leave a comment:

Re: Risks of cardsharing
@peter1351: Some of the networks/channels open via keys only i.e, some of the Greek channels and you dont have to be connected to the internet, you just use a softcam. I dont think there are any channels in Bulgarian network to be using softcam. You need to be connected to the internet to open these channels.Leave a comment:

Not sure I fully understand what you're asking.
But for cs you have to be connected to the internet.Leave a comment:
