Openbox v8s

Hi hope some one can help my box was working but has since stopped when I go into ccam keeps saying off line I've done the normal stuff reboot the modem the server gave a new user name and that to use but still no good I've tried the Ethernet cable on laptop works fine please help

Have you got another box to try your line on or have you tried a free trial line to to see if that works ok

Probably best to contact your line supplier, or, as has been suggested, try a test line.
