Is there any sign yet to when subscriptions will be taken for the Premium Server service. Has the free service gone altogether?

As mentioned before all info can be found on forum, for example iptv service from iptv.service ( not a satlover service). Cs service from satlover will be back later when work on servers by satlover will be ready.
