Have you checked all connections,and, damage to the cable?. Water in the cable could cause this, certainly something is attenuating your signal. If the cable is old or damaged, then this would be my first item to replace, followed by the Lnb. You did not answer my question re-Dect Telephone, if you are using one, then, move or disconnect
it to see if that cures the problem

These are Multi language ? Also in English ?

@Mobley, perhaps you have problems with settings, or perhaps you were watching some non-multilanguage program.
First language is german in german swiss channels, french in romande swiss and italian in italian swiss.
Sports of course have only first language, but all movies and series are also in english, or anyway original language.

@ herrr, Hi, I only just went to these channels to check and see if I had any problem, receiving/opening them, I was not watching for any great length of time. As you say the primary languages are German, French and Italian, I normally do a sound check to see if English commentary is available, and, noticed that on my Spiderbox, that the second option, although listed as English, was in French. I regularly watch F1 on Eurosport Germany FTA, or on ORF, and as I say it is not a problem.

Thanks guys,
I'd like to add other infos,
cable is new and is 6mt lenght.
I've asked for my friends (he has dec Optimuss like mine)to make same attempt and he confirm to me
that he was unable to have signal from TSI1 & 2 instead others swiss channels
were running fine.
I could think that fw (Kunibert.optimuss.underline.3in1.1464.04022016) on our Optimuss3in1, has a bugs......
What do you think about?

Its due to change Transponder parameters , try to scan this TP manually

I would suggest you to load a new satellite.xml file in order to have the right infos about all transponders.

Hi guys,
I've tried to delete channel list on board and re-download original fw Optimuss.
I've also performed a blind scan without success.
11526.00 H 17 HB9 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 29700 2/3 57.5 Mbps NID:318 TID:1700
This freq is always 0% strengh
I'm thinking that this fw doesn't has on board SR 29700.

that you can easily check on eg king of sats or lyngsat and try any other transponder with S/R 29700 (+ you can also try one on another satellite).

Sorry pan1300, but I'm sure that S/R is 29700 my doubt is about the SR list on the fw Kunibert.optimuss.underline.3in1.1464.04022016.
I'd appreciate very much if someone could check this because of I don't know how I can check on dec optimuss.

In fact Ihad to chang azimuth to my dish and suddenly channel TSI appeared!

OK...it was very strange that you were not able to get these channels
