Installation 60cm dish and trasp. not detected

Hi ,
I've just installed my dish sat on 13 east Hotbird, single LNB.
Everithing ok but there are some trasponders which are not detected (val. 0)
e.g. tr.82 12341 tr.83 12360 tr.91 12539 and other.(MPEG-3DVB-S2) Input freq
LNB 60dB gain
10.7 - 12.75GHz
noise figure 0.1 dB

Is there someone who could help me?

Have you tried a manual search, of each single transponder on the ones that you can't get?

Did you double check if all values are ok (eg modulation, SR, FEC ...). Als for eg 12341 you can try to scan 12340 and/or 12342.

I suggest you to try another LNB in order to check if it's ok.

Moreover, I think that your dish is very small and maybe it's not enough big for receiving these transporters.

Unfortunately you did not give any Quality readings from Tp's you can receive,
Dvbs 2 Tp's are less robust, and need a dish to be spot on. Can you post some
readings from some channels.

NB. Transponder 12.539 H is a Multi-stream ACM Transponder so you will not get this
without special equipment.

Is your satellites.xml the latest one?

If not, load a new one

for your replays so here you are my answers:
Kudok: no xml I'm using OPTIMUSS Underline 3 in 1
Mobley: Level = 0 Quality = 8
Kalpikos: YesI've changed LNB but the behaviour it all the same
pan1300: quite difficult to check , OPTIMUSS has on sat install:
Sat: Hotbird 6,8,9
LNB type : Universal
DiseqC 1.0 Disable
DiseqC 1.1 Disable
Positioner: Off
22k : Off
Polarity: Auto
Power LNB ON
nml52: I've tried manual search only for one trasponder withoud success.
Hovewer it's quite difficult to check because of on screen I don't have all possibility to change FEC.
I'm trying to look for this setting into sat menus....

Sorry buiacco, can not understand these levels. On my Spiderbox my levels
read .
12.341 V.....Signal 74% Quality 82%
12.360 H.....Signal 73% Quality 86%
in each case, the Q reading is the important one. On some Stb's these parameters
may be shown differently, but usually the second one is the one to concentrate on.
As I live in Dublin Ireland, your levels will obviously be different, but you would need a Quality level of at least 50% to have any chance of success, and then tweak as necessary. In your example you are showing 0 Signal, so I would not expect you to have a picture

@ buiacco, Do you have a blindscan option? If not I would start again from scratch "Factory reset reinstall firmware etc."

12539: not available to normal receivers
Strange thing the other ones you said are both V and H, but in a little frequency range: maybe some interference?

perhaps nml52 right I'd to reinstall from scratch fw and try a blind scan just to check for some interferences.

I've tried to update fw today but nothing is changed.
I keep onhaving some freq/trasponder without signal level.
next step will be tochange dec with another one and check all freq lost.

I know that you have already tried this, changing lnb as kalpikos mentioned but this week I have had problems with some higher frequencies over 11700on Astra 19.2 east and hotbird they were fluctuating all the time but mainly on 0.The lnb was a Black Ultra quad 3 years old so I swapped it for an old one I have and all is now fine. I have never had this happen before.
Can you try another lnb or try your receiver on a mates dish and inb?
I dont know where you are but I have read that in places like Spain because of the heat lnb's can fail quickly. I now believe it because I have only been in Spain for 3years. The lnb I have on now is 10years old, wonder how many months it will last here?

I'm in near Milan in Italy.
I'd like to update my test, I've changed Decoder but frequencies are always missing signal.
So may be the right idea could be to change LNB I'll try even this and I'll let you know.

If you are near Milan maybe you're affected by some terrestrial interference.
A new LNB can help, but also a bigger dish would be useful.
