Transponder & Channel List Update

Hello,

if I manually search for channel, it takes up to 1-2 hour.

How can I manually update the transponder and channel list
for Astra 19.2E and Turksat 42.0E

Are those the files that need to be owerwritten?
- lamedb
- satellites.xml
...

what box do u have?
what image are u using?
how are u searching for channels?

You can download a satellite.xml file to suit your configuration from here

Next you can edit it so only transponders you can actually receive or are interested in are retained.

Then when you do a scan "by single satellite" it should not take too long.

Alternatively you can download a recent pre-made settings file and edit it to suit your configuration using dreamboxedit. However, you are relying on the original file you use to be up to date.
