Openbox a73g factory reset

i made a error trying to upgrade the decoder and i think i installed the wrong firmware which caused a dialogue box to appear each time i put the decoder on. now i cant watch the channels because of the dialogue box message.
Please i want to know how to go around it or force factory reset the decoder so i start afresh. Thank you for your help
